People. Purpose. Possibility.

A life spent at the intersection of healthcare, technology and the individual.

Professional portrait of Dr. Anthony J. Mari

I began my career caring for patients one person at a time. Over the years, that perspective expanded—from clinical practice to building healthcare companies, working across interoperability and digital health, and helping organizations navigate the rapidly changing intersection of healthcare, technology and the individual.

But the most important lessons didn’t come from a boardroom or a technology platform. They came from my family.

Walking alongside my daughter Molly through a complex healthcare journey changed the way I see the system. It reinforced something simple: people shouldn’t have to repeatedly reconstruct their health story just to receive informed care.

That experience has shaped much of the work I’ve pursued since.

Today, my focus is on helping organizations think differently about healthcare—and building toward a future where information, intelligence and technology work around the person rather than the other way around.

Beyond the work

The perspective behind the mission.

The same convictions that guide the work begin at home—with family, and with a belief that healthcare should feel more human.
